It is a contemporary property located in Ensanche district really close to Guggenheim, the bus terminal, the airport. Cordial staff provides excellent service. Perfect, fine breakfast with many options.

Everything was amazing! Had excellent stay overall, luxury place and the weather was pleasant. Historic style hotel with brand new furniture in the rooms.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

hotel was nice budget, i enjoyed it. top location, big beds, tasty variety of breakfast food. the beach was nice.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

Everything was so brand new, and the hotel was cozy. We stayed in a fashioned room, and loved it. Again, it had Dona Casilda Park close by. Generally service was impeccable too.

A quiet hotel in the centre of the city. Truly enjoyed that a mini-bar, an electronic key card and multi-channel television were included.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The beds where large in our room. We were visiting san mames stadium which was just a 5 minute walk away. Within short walking distance to the restaurant El Sagradito.
